In 2019 Suburban Inns opened their brand new Embassy Suites Hotel in Grand Rapids, MI. The hotel is a seven-story building, features 247 guest suites, a Big E’s sports bar with indoor and outdoor seating, a coffee and breakfast bar, 3 meeting rooms, a ballroom and event space for up to 250 people, and a Michigan-shaped pool.

Parkway was a part of the design and build process of this project since its inception. Our value engineering services, which include power installation for the entire facility, A/V installation for Embassy Suites’ conference and meeting rooms and Big E’s, has helped provide cost-effective features for our client. Big E’s features an LED video wall that will feature the best sports games and broadcast events for the hotel’s patrons.
